I’m Vincent Miko, founder of Breakthrough Connections, Inc., with over 30 years of experience in operations management, business development, and English–French translation. Based in Rosemère, Québec, I bring a blend of technical, analytical, and cross-cultural expertise to every project.
My career began at Pharmascience and Pratt & Whitney Canada, where I built strong foundations in marketing, procurement, and operations. I later refined my skills in analysis and client relations at Bureau d’Expertise des Assureurs and Montréal Trust.
In 2000, as Director of Application Technologies, Inc. (Appstech) in Montreal, I helped shape marketing strategies, led key client presentations, and supported the company’s expansion in sub-Saharan Africa, contributing to major revenue growth and successful ERP implementations.
Since 2005, through Breakthrough Connections, Inc., I’ve provided business development, market research, partnership development, and translation services to organizations operating in Central Africa and beyond.
As a freelance translator, I specialize in marketing, business administration, HR, and technical subjects, delivering clear, culturally accurate English–French translations for complex projects.
